Frequently asked questions
How does payment work?
The brand pays through UGClub before production. The platform holds the money in escrow and only releases it to the creator when the brand approves the delivery. If the brand doesn't respond within the review window and there's no dispute, the delivery is approved automatically.
How much does it cost?
Creating an account is free. The brand pays the job amount shown in the summary before payment, with no hidden charges. For creators, the UGClub fee is shown before accepting each job.
What is UGClub's role?
UGClub is the technology platform that intermediates the relationship between brands and creators: discovery, communication, hiring, the payment flow through the provider, organizing deliveries and dispute tooling. The creator produces the content and is responsible for the work they accept; the brand is responsible for the brief, the product and the use of the content within the contracted rights. UGClub does not produce the content and does not guarantee sales or campaign performance.
Why can't I see the creator's Instagram or WhatsApp?
Because negotiation, payment and communication happen inside UGClub. That's what makes it possible to hold the payment, record what was agreed and mediate disputes. External contact details are removed from messages automatically.
What if the delivery isn't as agreed?
The brand can request changes within the offer's revision limit. If there's no agreement, either side can open a dispute: the money stays frozen until the UGClub team decides.
Can I hire several creators at once?
Yes. Publish a public offer with multiple spots, receive applications and accept the creators you prefer. Each hire becomes a separate job, with its own delivery and payment.
